Large gantry robots
 
C&H System has supplied more than 30 large two or three axis gantry robots, used for sorting and palletizing reels with diameters up till 1200 mm, and weights up to 350 kg.
 
The bar code on the reels is automatically scanned before the robot and the reels are distributed among 8 to 21 pallets according to the production order determined by the bar code on the reel.
