By implementing this machine, it is possible to bale almost any kind of biomass into a format which is easy to store and handle with automatic process equipment.The supplier dumps the biomass onto a conveyor placed in a pit in the floor, the biomass is conveyed into the baler. The finished bales can be placed in the bale storage by means of a robotic crane.
Straw bale breaker.
The Babcock and Wilcox Vølund rotary rake is specially designed to break straw bales.
The machine works at low RPM in order to ensure that the fire hazard in case of stones and metal pieces in the straw bale is minimized.
